Dentists in Stamford CT

Financial Options

Our practice offers convenient options that meet the needs of most patients.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks.

Dental Insurance
We do not accept insurance as full payment with exception to Delta Dental Premier and Dentemax. However, if available benefits can be verified and assigned to our office we will ask for 20% of your balance up front. Any remaining balance after benefits are paid will be the patient's responsibility. If there is an overpayment we will directly reimburse you.

Due to the continuing changes in the healthcare industry we would like to provide you with our practice billing policies and how they relate to you.  We are experts in root canal/endodontics, not insurance.  We will help you if we can, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to know your insurance policy.

It will be our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your benefits by submitting your dental claims for you. If your carrier uses today's technology, then your claim will be submitted electronically via our computer daily. This expedites your reimbursement. Your range of benefits depends soley on what your
employer decided to purchase. Some plans cover as little as 30% or as much as 100% of dental services (less applicable deductions and plan maximums).

Unfortunately, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield does not send payment to us. Therefore, payment is due in full and reimbursement is made directly to you. As a courtesy, all necessary paperwork will be submitted for you.

Some plans base the amount of benefits on a schedule of fees arbitrarily developed by the insurance companies. For this reason, you may receive a lower percentage than the reimbursement level indicated in your dental plan. Your insurance company is responsible to you, and not to our office. We will assist you in any way that we can.

Our fees will vary depending on your needs. Please feel free to call Michelle Caceres, our Office Administrator with questions at 203-325-3636.
