Our office team receives annual OSHA updates and training. We adhere to the strictest levels of infection control to protect you. Each team member has acquired the Dental Assisting National Board certification in both Infection Control and Radiation Health and Safety. As members of the American Dental Assisting Association, updated coursework is completed annually.
You may also notice that in lieu of soap and water we use waterless antimicrobial hand gels. We have adopted this recommendation in our practice simply because the CDC has determined that hand gels kill more microorganisms than traditional hand washing.
We adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). A copy of our Notice of Privacy which contains a more complete and detailed description of the uses and disclosures of your protected health information and your rights under HIPAA can be obtained in our office.
